AVA Modular Corp. (“AVA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an online sales, information and communications platform (“Service”) for consumers. AVA operates the Service on www.avamodular.ca.
This Privacy Policy describes AVA’s collection, use and sharing of your personally identifiable information (“PII”), which may include your first and last name, email address, mailing address (including your city and state), zip code, telephone number, geo-location, that you voluntarily provide when using the Service through our website. The Service is hosted in Canada and is not directed towards individuals under the age of thirteen (13). AVA does not knowingly collect PII from individuals under thirteen (13) years of age.

Cookies and Beacons
From time to time, we may place cookies and web beacons on your computer to collect anonymous data related to your use of the Service. This anonymous data provides us with website usage analytics and allows us to provide personalized advertising. Single Sign-On
You can log in to our website, and may in some cases, our partner websites, using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain PII with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our membership form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your AVA activities to your Facebook profile page to share with others within your Facebook network. While you may have set your browser to Do Not Track, AVA’s technology will not respond to that setting at this time. However, the following third parties offer information about their data collection practices, and in some cases, an opt-out, on their respective websites (click to visit their websites). Please visit each company’s respective privacy policy to better understand the controls available to you. You can also learn more about ad serving companies and opt-out from each of them at the Network Advertising Initiative website or the Digital Advertising Alliance website. Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. If you use the Service, you will continue to receive generic advertisements.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you Services, or pursuant to our document retention policies. Entities”) from all claims, whether actual or alleged (collectively, “Claims”), that arise out of or in connection with a breach of these Terms of Service, use of the Services, including any content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the Services, and/or any violation of law and/or the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for defending any Claim against an AVA Entity, subject to such Cubes Inc. Entity’s right to participate with counsel of its own choosing, at its own expense, and for payment of all judgments, settlements, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from all Claims against a AVA Entity, provided that you will not agree to any settlement that imposes any obligation or liability on a Cubes Inc. Entity without its prior express written consent.
