Short answer to the above question is: Because we are different from any other factory built home in the market.
An energy efficient, thoughtfully designed and built modular home is key to differentiating our company in this market.
We created AVA with the latest building technology, which we believe is the best practice for building the homes that we believe will be the future of
housing.
Think about a home that is as energy efficient as it can be or need to be depending on your climate. Your thermal comfort was one of the first things that
we considered when designing the AVA Home. AVA will be a home that lasts for generations, can be passed down to family members or sold to an
interested buyer. While designing and building AVA, our highest priorities were a sustainable, energy-efficient, long-lasting home that minimizes waste.
The above points were all the thoughts that went through our founder’s mind and everyone that worked on the AVA home from engineers to factory
employees building the AVA homes. Our building envelope design engineer and energy advisor professional that have worked on this project with us are
board directors of the BC Sustainable Energy Association (BCSEA) and well knowledgeable on different building codes from other Canadian provinces. This is extremely important and valuable to this project as we aim to redefine modular housing in an energy-efficient way not just in British Columbia, but throughout Canada. AVA is flexible and open to coming regulation changes in housing to be better and better, more sustainable, efficient, and
affordable even though it already meets energy code requirements that are coming by 2030.
How to make things better and easier is a question we ask ourselves every day at AVA Modular Home Corp.
